Issue description: Wrong link. Should be to this list: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/openshift_container_platform/4.12/html-single/authentication_and_authorization/index#identity-provider-oidc-supported_configuring-oidc-identity-provider The one given there is the link to the supported oauth providers. We are talking only about oidc here so the link should be to the oidc providers (ie keycloak, google and RH-sso) **
