DO280 - include exam documentation in the lab environment

      Issue description

      The EX280 exam has a different organization and appearance of the documentation than the one that is online on https://docs.openshift.com/

      This complicates the search of the elements needed during the exam. So a way to improve the courses could be including the same offline documentation than in the exam, so that the student can practice with it and learn where to find the information needed.

      That could also give more coherence and continuity to the duo course + exam, providing a better experience to the student.
