      Issue description

      The current version of the DynoLabs scripts don't have the feature that waits for OCP to be ready. When you do a lab start against a non-ready OCP, the command throws an exception. We should wait for OCP to be ready to execute some actions.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Start a new classroom
      2. Without waiting, do a lab start on one of the exercises that use OCP

      Expected result:

      • DynoLabs wait for OCP to be ready instead of throwing an exception that is difficult for students to know what happened
