Description: Found in Role, but likely impacts slides.  Figure 3.9: Reviewing the life cycle of a stateless session bean shows three boxes: "Does Not Exist, "Ready", and "Bean Pool (Inactive)".  The diagram seems to imply three distinct states, when, indeed, there are only two states.  Maybe a diagram that shows "Does Not Exist" and "Ready Pool" would be more appropriate?
