Description: The student finished ch01 GE but skipped all ch02 GEs (this should not be a problem).

He skipped ch02 GEs because his lab was provisioned twice and OCP still could not recover so I asked Mohsin to provision it in NA. This student lost 5 hours of lab time. OCP stabilized and he could do ch01 GE.

ch03s02 gives errors now.
