Description: I've taught this course many times - I am not new to this.

I have a student whose cluster has taken almost 3 hours to initialize and it is still not initialized as per the outputs of `./wait.sh` and ocp4-mng/wait.sh` and there is a problem.

Platform will say that I need to file a Jira with curriculum. I've filed a similar issue for this course previously and I was told that there are performance problems with the platform.

Between platform, curriculum, and delivery, we need to do what we can to keep the customer happy. All that I can do for now is to delete and reprovision the lab.

In the meantime I ask that the architectural design for this course be re-considered.
