Description: The issue was raised on RHLC but it was not clarified by anyone from the curriculum (https://learn.redhat.com/t5/Red-Hat-Instructor-Discussions/Clarification-on-emphasis-in-the-do180-and-do280-training-path/m-p/33623#M5109).

In a nutshell, the is a lack of clarity if we are supposed to leverage the use of oc new-app or not. DO288 is using it to build their apps, but neither DO180/DO280 mentions it. 

Please provide us clarity on which path we are supposed to follow and use it in a standard way.
