Description: The Figure 8.2 (and also the text below it) explain update paths using fictional "alpha" and "beta" channels. They also use "1.x.y" versions. Since "alpha" and "beta" are often used to describe early development releases, this can be confusing.

I'd like to see here real channels and real version numbers.
