Workaround:

Description: On 4.5 "Ensure that the newly created certificate and key are present in the current directory." it would be helpful to run the ls command sorting the files by mtime like so:

$ ls -lArt

That way you can see the newer files at the end of the directory listing and they will be easier to identify
