Workaround: Patch all VM definitions to use VirtIO graphics and VNC. Patch in comments due to lack of formatting in this field.

Description: All VM definitions use QXL graphics which apparently isn't supported on RHEL9. Furthermore, display definition uses Spice, which also is not supported on RHEL9.

As a consequence, the VMs never get defined, leading to all manner of misery.
