Step 4 (page 48) has conflicting instructions concerning the version of image to use.

Description says to use the container: registry.redhat.io/rhel8/postgresql-12:1-43

Screen block uses: registry.redhat.io/rhel8/postgresql-13:1-7

Supplied ~/DO280/labs/install-storage/commands.txt file uses registry.redhat.io/rhel8/postgresql-12:1-43 (same as the description).
