: 1. Explain how we get the short hash we see in the git log/show from the commit hash. 2. Introduce the CHG:, NEW: FIX: prefixes in the logs. It's used from GPS consultants a lot and in reality makes our life easier if we want to search for specific log entries, for example when we introduced a bug fix or a new feature.
