      Description: On page 279 there is conflicting instructions on the page. For first set of instructions says this:

      To not interfere with the service running on the second CPU, "all interrupts should be pinned to the ffirst CPU on the system using irqbalance".

      Instruction #1 conflicts with this, I believe the world "never" should be removed:

      1. Configure the irqbalance daemon on your system to never assign all interrupts to the first CPU.
