RH436-28: Pacemaker will use whatever logging directives are present in corosync. So there is no need to configure it twice.

      Description: By default Pacemaker inherits the log file and severity used in corosync.conf. So no need to use both in the lab. The lab isn't broken, but we have an unnecessary step. As an update to the lab we could have them configure logging using corosync.conf then using pcmk_debug in /etc/sysconfig/pacemaker and compare the two. Either will enable debug but pcmk_debug has the advantage of being able to accept a list of processes to debug instead just on or off.
