Workaround: Add 'run_delay(options)' under the 'Fence operations' section of /usr/sbin/fence_rht . The attached patch would make it work.

#patch /usr/sbin/fence_rht fence_rht.patch

Description: fence_rht is missing the 'run_delay(options)' in /usr/sbin/fence_rht which would parse the stonith options like 'delay=N'. If one is to test the delayed fencing operation. Flagging it as major as candidates would surely test this feature out .
