Workaround: Remove the reference to -Ay -cy in the Practice.

There is no reference in the training material as to the purpose of -Ay -cy with the vgcreate command yet it is used in the Practice activity. Even if there was mention of it, it is redundant as executing lvmconf --enable-cluster takes care of marking a VG as shared in a cluster.
