Description: Labs in US region is not working for many chapters :
for eg ch03s04 : step 3.2 : fence_ipmilan --lanplus --ip=192.168.0.102 --username=admin --password=password --power-timeout=180 did not work .

ch04s04 : step 3.2 & 3.4 giving various errors including fencing of nodea not happening.

error : failed fencing action: reboot of nodea failed.

Same error in ch04s09 final lab.

This issue is affecting various ROLE learners in US region.

This is not happening in other region labs ( tested in APAC labs ).
