Description: Ch04s02: step 2.2 : failed resource actions : fence nodea start0 on nodeb : call error timed out

It seems that fencing devices are not working.

• After creating a fencing device, we are getting a 'Timed Out' status.
• According to the diagram, BMC "nodes" are located in the power VM, with IPs of 192.168.0.x (where x is 101 to 104). Unfortunately, it seems that those IPs are not reachable from the cluster nodes.
• Deleted the lab and restarted twice, but the problem persisted.
