Workaround:

Description: ch02s10 : lab start script ( lab start kafka-consumers)  hangs indefinitely at "create humidity conditions topic"  . I tried in EU region lab. May be a regional issue. This works in NA lab. 

Also the GE does not mention  any dependencies.
