Workaround:

Description: During the cleanup phase, the lab script tries to remove ansible-testuser which consequently kills it before it's able to finish cleanly:

 . Removing ansible-testuser from nodes.......  Killed

The shell prompt reappears and rest of the lab script seems to somehow run in the background, which is certainly very confusing for the student.
