Description: This is the first example of a destructive lab ... finish script.
The lab finish lifecycles-create removes the 3 LFEs that students created in the GE from the Operations organization.
The LFE are used in the rest of the course and there is absolutely no point to delete them. Even if we take into account other modalities apart from ILT/VT, honestly I don't see the point of deleting them.

Bear in mint that the next lab ... start script re-creates them, forcing students to lose time. I am sure that there is a reason behind the decision to implement it like this, but maybe a reconsideration is needed.

At the same time, the script tries to remove the Library from the Base CV, which CV is not created yet and also to remove the non-existent CV.
