Description: The GE

Uninstall the Capsule server only to be re-installed in the next lab start... script.
There is absolutely no point doing so, at least for VT and ILT classes.
Thankfully, the chapter and the GE can be completed without running those scripts.

I do not think this is an "Improvement" since the removal of Capsule should not happen in the first place, thus I file this as a bug.
Also, due to the huge amount of time spent by students just looking on their screen for the scripts to finish and the very tight timing of the course, I consider this as "critical".
