"lab start custom-admin saying "SUCCESS" but Not actually doing the thing.

Says it created the activation key, but clearly didnt
I even manually created the Key and re-ran the lab start and it failed again with "Exit Code 66" for the Override & Update
I just manually created the Key, set it correctly and told the student to carry and an Ignore the issue this time"
