The lab says "an additional 20 MiB of storage to be allocated for use by the directory" /mnt/lvm

a vgs command outputs a 20Mib totally to be used from the volume group, which makes no sense, as the directory should already exist before the other administrator performed the "extention"
Just make sure in the lab setup script you create 20+MiB
