Description: After setting up the trouble from the workstation ,
a. I have rebooted the "servera" machine
b) Edited the grub menu entry to add "rd.break" kernel parameter to the "linux16" line.
c. Ctrl-x to boot the machine.

Here the system hangs up with the message "“blk_update_request : I/O error, dev fd0, sector 0" .
