Description: Currently, Chapter 10's second presentation and guided exercise combine two major topics:

1) How do I "export" a virtual machine from one data center and "import" it into another in the same RHV installation. This is the second half of ch10s03 and the GE in ch10s04.

2) How do I "import" a virtual machine into RHV from outside and "export" it from RHV entirely. This is the first half of ch10s03 and the Lab in ch10s05.

These two topics should have their own sections and their own GEs, or one of the topics should be dropped for the next RHV 4.x revision.
