The note telling that the High Availability tab only appears for a virtual Server is wrong. It was true for RHEV 3.1 because it had separate buttons to create virtual Server and Desktop. Now RHEV 3.5 has a unique button New VM, and a drop-down list to select between Server and Desktop which does not affect appearance of the High Availability tab.

In addition, telling that HA only applies to virtual Servers is also wrong. RHEV 3.5 now handles HA for virtual Desktops too.
