      Description: 2.3. IPv6 Networking Concepts

Under the IPv6 address configuration heading, under the Static addressing sub heading, it mentions that I cannot use The identifiers fdff:ffff:ffff:ff80 through fdff:ffff:ffff:ffff . Why not? It needs a little explanation about why we cannot use them.
