Steps 1 & 2 have substeps (lettered a.) even though there is a single step/substep. This is not the same as ⁠1.2. Practice: Using systemctl to Manage Services where there was no substep listed if only one substep.
We need to be consistent.

Also, step 2 has an alternate step that looks weird with the single substep.
