RH254-73, Is there an opposite of nmcli dev dis eth0?

      Under the Controlling network connections heading, we mention nmcli con up and nmcli dev dis, but is there an opposite of nmcli dev dis? Perhaps nmcli dev con? Also, it is not explicitly stated, but I assume the nmcli con up will connect the device and bring up the interface? Either way, we need to tell them the correct way to reenable a disconnected device.
