It's probably worth explaining that “*/2 9-16” will start at 9:00 and will end at 16:58. This is because */2 will run every two minutes of the 16th hour. This isn't what students typically expect. Students typically think that it will run between 9-16 and stop at 16. Maybe this can be covered back on https://rol.redhat.com/rol/roc/course/ch04s03.html.
