Description: In chapter 3, Guided Exercise: Adjusting Tuning Profiles, I think we should add a step to check if tuned is active/running. Although we have a step to verify that tuned is enabled (systemctl is-enabled tuned), we aren't checking to see if it is actually running (systemctl is-active tuned). It may not matter since the "tuned-amd profile <someprofile>" will actually try to start the service if it isn't running.
