Description: I'm wondering if we need a better introductory chapter to start the System Admin II course. Right now we start with kickstart (although it's been suggested that's not the best call, RH134-152). It might be a smoother start for students to have some sort of really high-level review of System Admin I concepts at the start of the course, even just to quickly review what's been already covered or provide a quick summary.
The challenge there, and the counter-argument, is that it'd be really easy to try to do too much there, or for it to be too little to be useful.
Filing this issue as a placeholder to remind us to think about this for the next significant (non-bugfix only) course revision.
