udevadm settle command - Wouldn't the only practical use of this command be to include in a script to ensure the partition file exists in the dev directory before the script moves on to the next task. In a command line terminal by the time you have typed the command the partition file will already be there and the command serves no purpose. Maybe add a comment that this command is for scripting purposes only or primarily?
