Description: the video plays but the instructor is trying to demonstrate something,
what is being shown though the "demo" is a configuration. this starts at
1:58 Minute mark in the video, if you listen to what the instructor is say
it is not matching what is being displayed as he "let's take this to the
black board" Not the screen dose not change from the configuration of the
team. Then the instructor goes on to describe and issue and to how what
happens on a link failure and now to use arp-ping etc..

So yes the video play was never the problem, the problem is that it does
not show that the instructor is intending to show.
