      Workaround:

Description: BIND 9 upstream is gradually moving from the master/slave terminology to the less controversial primary/secondary terminology.  Zone "type primary" and "type secondary" are not currently supported in the "Extended Support Version" that was current for RHEL 8.0/8.1/8.2 (BIND 9.11), since the feature was added in BIND 9.14.  If/when RHEL rebases to the new ESV released in March 2020 (BIND 9.16), the new terminology will be supported and we should consider beginning to move in that direction.

In the meantime, we should add a note highlighting this coming change and the equivalency to RH358.  In the medium-term, we will need to continue to discuss the current terminology so that folks can interpret existing configurations and documentation.

Also note that this is simply a reversion to terminology BIND used before BIND 8, interestingly enough.

This impacts ch03, especially ch03s07/08, probably s09-11, and there are some references to master/slave known to be in s05/06.
