Description: Figure 3.4: DNS lookup with internal secondary server on page 123 shows an internal primary (example.com), external secondary (example.com), and then an internal slave (example.com) with a connection from the internal caching-only box.

I am assuming the intent was to make all references as primary/secondary and someone missed an edit. Especially since the caption says "internal secondary".
