Workaround: 1) Create index.html files manually
2) Add semicolong (
to nginx config files if using nginx.
Description: I've detected 2 separate issues with this lab:
1) "lab web-review start" does not create index.html files on workstation so "scp" command on step 2.2 & 3.2 does not work.
2) nginx config files have errors (missing ";" at the end of some lines) both on serverc.conf and virtual.conf. Example:

ssl_certificate /etc/pki/tls/certs/virtual.lab.example.com.crt
ssl_certificate_key /etc/pki/tls/private/virtual.lab.example.com.key
...
