Description: In step 1.4 on page 186, we are asked to put use {{ server_address | ipaddr(net_mask) }}. This in itself is invalid. However, the intention is to check if the given address is in network range.

The playbook is checking for server_address and we get that with {{ server_address | ipaddr(address) }}. With this, the playbook runs fine.
