"Step 7 is broken. Step 7 says "Grant the Admin role on the Developers Credential to the Developers team." Step 7.5 says "Click TEAMS to display the list of available teams." but there is no TEAMS button in the window that appears. You can only get a list of users. No way to view and assign teams"
