Workaround:
Description: The SSL exercise in chapter 14 starts out by trying to kill firefox (by doing a blind killall -9 firefox). If no firefox is running, that will return a non-zero exit code, and the script will print FAIL.
Of course, if firefox is not running at all, it is not a failure if we fail to kill it.
