Workaround: Inform students they will need to download the .NET 4.8 update in Chrome and install it before they can attempt any exercises.

Description: When attempting to run a "git clone" on the current version of the classroom lab environment, students get an error declaring that .NET Framework v4.7.2 is required to run git-credential-manager-core.exe.

The error box offers to install the necessary version, but it attempts to open that in Internet Explorer, which is unfortunate, because the .NET installer is blocked by the IE security policy.
