Description: In chapter 10, the 7-zip software is downloaded directly over the Internet from https://www.7-zip.org/a/7z2201.msi. This is fragile and likely to break if that third-party site changes things at all. We've already had a Critical issue on this (DO417-45) that we had to repair due to 7z1900.msi aging out and moving to their Sourceforge archive.

We should bring that package into the lab environment so that we can lock the version and ensure longer-term stability of the activity.
