Description: Manual says that "The
ansible-navigator command does not load this directory into the automation
execution environment,"

but if in a project dir I create "collections" dir within external collection, without any setting in my ansible.cfg. Seem ansible-navigator load collections into EE and works

if directory called collections__ or other name, collections not found

I attach my test on RHEL9
