I don't see any 'less'-related configuration happening here. It's all bash and vim.

In step 4, the password_hash filter is used. While can provide a 2nd argument and spell out the salt yourself, it is better to skip it and let the filter assign a random string. If one created a bunch of users using the same string, the whole idea of the salt would be defeated.

Could we use 'role install', 'role list', 'role remove' consistently with the ansible-galaxy command? See ansible-galaxy role -h for a summary of this newer subcommand.
