      Description: A Japanese partner instuctor reported issues in RH199-RHEL9.0-ja-3-20220914.

      The Edition 3 translation is worse than the Edition 2 becuase the Summary page of each chapter is empty in the translation of HTML and PDF.

      Please see the attached sheet and take appropriate actions to regenerate SG.
