Workaround: during bootup edit of grub command line:
must remove 'console=tty2S..........8n' option from command line after adding ' rd.break' to end of kernel16 line within a RHEL7 VM only, works fine on RHEL 6.5 VM testing

Description: as written, lab fails due to second TTY reference in GRUB2 configuration

Second Console option Does not appear in /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
