Description: Ch 6 P157 Practice: Discovering Process Priorities step 6,1 asks the student to write a small script to launch a process for each core on the system and then launch another process at nice -10

This is a lot of faffing about for launching, essentially on our lab systems, two processes. Please don't let authors showboat when I'm trying to fix down concepts.
