We need to add either a note or in the text the possible options that exists in current and future versions. For example, we can mention that it's possible to convert an image using the qemu-img tool and that there is a work in progress to transparently convert images when we upload them in Glance and we have Ceph as a back-end.

At the time of this writing, I have no clear picture if the taskflow is integrated with Glance and if it's supported in RHOSP.
