The text in the table in the page 280 in the SG should be:

live_migration_completion_timeout: The timeout in seconds is the instance size multiplied by the configurable parameter live_migration_completion_timeout, whose default is 800. For example, shared-storage live migration of an instance with 8GiB memory will time out after 6400 seconds.

Next three parameters should be mentioned apart, with some info, because they all work together:

live_migration_progress_timeout: This one in the same page ( https://docs.openstack.org/nova/pike/admin/configuring-migrations.html ), says it is not working in OCATA, but it would work maybe on future releases. Maybe for next course we should check the current state of this parameter at that moment. But if we do an update on this course, maybe commenting that the algorithm right now is unreliable.
